IT Business Analyst
Our client is seeking a seasoned IT Business Analyst to lead the business analysis stream. The successful candidate will bring a strong track record in enterprise IT initiatives, hands‑on familiarity with contact center technologies, and the ability to translate complex stakeholder needs into clear, actionable requirements that drive delivery.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of cloud and SaaS solution design, security, and operations
- Lead discovery and document end‑to‑end business requirements across diverse stakeholder groups
- Apply extensive IT project experience in a Business Analyst capacity across complex, multi‑team initiatives
- Operate confidently within Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks and recommend the right approach for each workstream
- Communicate clearly and professionally, demonstrating excellent stakeholder engagement and customer service
- Bring practical experience with contact center technology projects and workflows
- Apply functional knowledge of telephony, IVR, workforce management (WFM), and CRM integrations
- Use Azure DevOps to capture requirements, manage work items, and track delivery progress
Your strengths include:
- At least one of the following professional designations: IIBA CBAP, PMI‑PBA, or IIBA AAC
- 7-10 years of progressive Business Analyst experience on enterprise IT projects, including at least 3-5 years in senior or lead BA roles
- Proven delivery on contact center‑related initiatives such as telephony modernization, IVR redesign, WFM optimization, or CRM integration to CTI
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops, elicit and prioritize requirements, and produce high‑quality artifacts (BRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps)
- Hands‑on experience in Azure DevOps
- Solid understanding of cloud and SaaS architecture
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to decompose complex processes, identify gaps, and recommend pragmatic solutions
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change facilitation skills across business and technical audiences
- Familiarity with testing practices and willingness to support QA activities, including test planning, scenario definition, and UAT coordination
