  • Play a strategic role in shaping organizational decisions and driving forward-looking initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and align a high-performing team to maximize impact and results.
  • Streamline day-to-day operations and elevate the finance function.
  • Oversee the supply chain and manufacturing finance team, ensuring alignment with broader financial goals and operational efficiency.

What You Bring:

  • CPA designation and proven senior finance leadership experience.
  • Deep knowledge of ASPE, IFRS, and US GAAP.
  • Background in Manufacturing or CPG, especially in environments undergoing change.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • Resilience and agility to thrive under pressure and tight timelines.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (implementation experience a plus).

This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role during a time of transformation, where finance is central to the company’s evolution. If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you.
