What Will You Do?

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial garage doors, high-speed doors, dock levelers, seals, bumpers, and accessories
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and perform necessary repairs efficiently
• Conduct routine maintenance and safety inspections on dock and door equipment
• Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues, repairs, and recommendations
• Complete work orders, service reports, and other documentation accurately
• Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and industry regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site
• Work independently and as part of a team in a variety of commercial settings

What Do You Bring?

• 2 or more years of experience in industrial / commercial maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs. Experience with door and dock systems is a definite asset.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Comfortable using ladders, lifts, and working at heights and in refrigerated customer sites at times.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable and accountable attitude and takes pride in quality work.
• Very safety conscious with a proven ability to adhere to all required safety protocols.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
