A construction and engineering firm in Quebec is seeking a customer service-oriented professional to manage the sales cycle from quote to delivery, offering tailored solutions to meet technical needs. As a key support to clients and the outside sales team, you’ll manage the sales cycle from quote to delivery, offering tailored solutions to meet technical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client inquiries (phone, email, counter) with professionalism
  • Recommend solutions in hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission
  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on deliveries
  • Build long-term relationships through proactive communication
  • Work closely with outside sales to identify new opportunities
  • Monitor inventory and suggest alternatives when needed
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge and attend training as required

Skills and qualifications :
