The Role

We are seeking a passionate, high energy, Business Systems Analyst. Our strength is built on our ability to work together. Within TBSM Technology, the Treasury Analytics Group (TAG) is dedicated to support the Treasury and Balance Sheet Management (TBSM) department in measuring and managing balance sheet, market and liquidity risks for the Bank's portfolios, both in Canada and US. This group manages technology infrastructure, processes and projects required to support various functional teams in TBSM.

Within TAG, the Indigo team manages the "Indigo" Hadoop/Spark platform, which is used for collecting and storing incoming retail banking activity data and the resulting treasury related metrics such as Non-Trading Market Risk (NTMR) and Fund Transfer Pricing (FTP). The platform also supports the generation of key regulatory liquidity reporting such as FR2052A.

This is an exciting opportunity for a SQL Analyst to join the team and work on industry standard and cutting-edge technologies including Big Data and NoSQL databases (Hadoop, Hbase, Hive, SPARK and MongoDB) and help TBSM effectively manage the risk.
