Job description
We're seeking someone to join our Access Management Operations team as an IAM Operations Analyst in Cyber to ensure secure, compliant, and auditable access management across the organization as an expert in managing access recertifications (preferably on a Sailpoint product).

What you’ll do in the role:

  • Serve as a key resource on Identity and Access Management (IAM) related projects.
  • Perform tasks related to end user access management, including user access provisioning, de‑provisioning, and access modifications in various systems and applications.
  • End user support (e.g. query and ticket handling).
  • Work with recertification development team to define, develop and build recertifications.
  • Conduct user access recertifications consistent with established processes.
  • Prepare or obtain user and system access reports from trusted sources.
  • Identify entitlement inconsistencies and provide resolution.
  • Analyze user access roles and security settings to independently assess compliance with defined standards.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of role‑based access controls (RBAC).
  • Review, maintain and develop department documentation to ensure it reflects current processes and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with other IT teams to configure IAM tools and systems.
  • Assist with the evaluation, testing, deployment, and management of tools supporting IAM related activities.
  • Remediate audit findings and control gaps.
What you’ll bring to the role:
  • At least 3 years of experience in an Identity and Access Management or IT Governance roles.
  • Experience in SailPoint IdentityNow or similar entitlement review management tools (ex. Aveksa).
  • Proficiency in Excel, Reporting Tools, and data reconciliation.
  • Experience in working with tracking and process management tools, e.g JIRA.
  • Familiarity with UAT processes and test case development.
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g. SOX, ISO 27001).
  • Experience working with audit and compliance teams.
  • Basic scripting and database SQL knowledge.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders.
