Job description

The Ottawa 67’s, Charge, & REDBLACKS are looking for an energetic, and outgoing team member to join our 2026 Activations Team. As part of this squad, you’ll be more than a brand ambassador, you’ll be the heartbeat of our in-person energy, helping us inject spirit across Ottawa through unforgettable activations and guerrilla marketing. Our goal? To create moments that engage fans and are memorable.

What You’ll Do:

• Be part of a high-energy team.
• Gain experience in event marketing, brand activations, and fan engagement.
• Make connections across the organization and Ottawa’s event scene.
• Get behind-the-scenes access to 67’s, Charge, & REDBLACKS game days and exclusive events.
• Hype up crowds, engage fans, and spark conversation in unexpected places.
• Execute on field and on ice promotional contests with fans.
• Escorting mascot around and engaging with the fans to help create a memorable experience.
• Create memorable moments, from handing out swag to executing viral stunts, you’ll deliver activations that stick.
• Support game days as an on-site spark at TD Place.
• Drive pre-game energy and help execute key fan touchpoints.
• Engage with fans (and soon-to-be-fans) with confidence, positivity, and passion.
• Capture content-worthy energy, assisting our social content team with moments that are made to be shared.

What’s needed:

• Previous experience in promotions, events, or hospitality is a bonus, but positive attitude matters most.
• A natural hype person: You’re energetic, outgoing, and thrive in high-energy environments.
• A people person: You’re comfortable talking to anyone and love making people smile.
• A team player: You love being part of a crew and know how to support others to create big moments.
• A brand believer: You’re proud to represent the 67’s, Charge, & REDBLACKS and excited to grow the fanbase.
• Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods.
