A leading engineering firm in Canada is seeking an accomplished Group Manager to lead their Prairies Downstream Remediation Program Management team. WSP is seeking an accomplished Group Manager to lead our Prairies Downstream Remediation Program Management (RPM) team. This senior leadership role is pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency and delivering strategic business objectives, all while driving the continued growth of our sector.
You will report directly to the Downstream Director of RPM and oversee a talented team of approximately 40 professionals, including environmental technicians, project coordinators, project managers, technical experts, and qualified specialists, across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. You will also be supported by an administrative assistant and client leads. As the team evolves, you will play a key role in establishing and recruiting future team leads, developing leadership capacity as our group continues to grow.
