About the role

The ideal candidate will have meaningful experience in graphic design within a fast‑paced ecommerce environment and will collaborate across teams and functions to create visually compelling content to support our marketing efforts. This role requires someone with a strong design background who can partner closely with business and marketing partners to create high‑quality visual content.

Responsibilities
  • Create visually compelling designs for websites, email, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and UX teams to develop and execute design strategies.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, advancements and best practices in graphic design and user experience design.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or a similar creative role.
  • Strong design skills with proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma).
  • Ability to translate understanding of target audiences and personas into design choices and strategies.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across marketing, product, UX teams in a fast‑paced test‑and‑lean environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with Sketch, Figma, or other design tools.
