Financial Analyst FP&A at a glance….

The Financial Analyst FP&A is a key member of the portfolio performance team leading objectives including preparation, analysis and reporting of forecasts, month-ends and business proposals.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor business performance through analysis of portfolio forecasts, month-end results, and review of significant variances
  • Support the financial forecasts cycle through the rituals and routines
  • Execute the monthly actualization process including P&L variance analyses, insights, and issue resolution
  • Seek opportunities to improve financial planning & analysis (planning/analysis/processes) to provide high level of service in the most efficient as well as effective manner
  • Analytical assistance on business results and achieving financial targets via data-driven insights and recommendations
Qualifications
  • University degree in business/accounting/economics/mathematics or related field is required; (Accounting designation (i.e., CPA) or close to completion is a plus)
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills and broad business acumen
  • Experience in Financial Planning Analysis, Forecasting and Accounting Principles
  • Experience in financial modeling, sensitivity and scenario analysis is considered an asset
  • Ability to work autonomously and think independently
  • Strong understanding of finance statements

Total Rewards and Compensation

New Hire Base Salary Range: $75,400.00 - $94,200.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents. The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate\'s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
