Overview

Website Optimizer / Ecommerce Coordinator role focused on optimizing conversions, reducing friction, and driving revenue growth through aligned funnel strategies.

AlgaeCal is an eCommerce company seeking a top-tier Ecommerce Coordinator to join our team and propel revenue growth to new heights.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze user behavior and identify friction points to improve conversion rates, lead capture, and UX flows.
  • Develop and optimize high-performance funnels across paid ads, email, and on-site experiences.
  • Implement and analyze A/B tests to inform decisions; translate data into actionable plans.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure pages, pop-ups, and UTM tracking align with the customer journey.
  • Leverage heatmaps, scroll depth, site speed, and other insights to continuously improve site performance.
  • Manage Shopify-based commerce aspects and contribute to growth strategies for health-related products.
Qualifications & Qualities
  • Experience optimizing pages, reducing UX friction, and improving conversion rates; ability to turn insights into revenue.
  • Strong ability to turn data into action; comfortable with heatmaps, analytics, and performance metrics.
  • Strategic thinker with operational discipline; understands how each page, popup, and UTM fits into the overall funnel.
  • Full-funnel experience: familiarity with paid social, paid display, email, and cross-channel integration.
  • Ecommerce instincts, including upsells, cross-sells, cart saver strategies, and effective button copy.
  • Passion for A/B testing; data-driven with documented test results and learnings.
  • Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and drive stakeholder action.
  • Experience with Shopify is preferred; background in supplements or health products is a plus.
  • Another key trait: humility, eagerness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
