What is the ideal profile for this position?

  • Relevant college diploma (DEC) or equivalent experience, with 2-3 years of experience in document or records management
  • Proficiency with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, M-Files, Documentum) and data entry/archiving practices
  • Good knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality management systems
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within deadlines
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and user-training skills, with the ability to resolve documentation issues
  • Strong bilingual communication skills (French and English), both written and spoken
Responsibilities
  • Establish, maintain, and improve document control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
  • Coordinate the creation, review, and approval of documents while respecting project timelines
  • Manage the inventory of controlled documents and ensure accessibility for authorized stakeholders
  • Maintain document tracking systems and manage the full document lifecycle, including revision processing and recording
  • Conduct regular document reviews to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance
  • Facilitate communication between teams to align documentation requirements and updates
  • Develop and maintain templates and document tools, and produce reports and metrics related to document management activities
  • Participate in internal and external audits by providing required documentation and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
