Job description

Oversee banquet and café operations, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction.

Lead and support a multidisciplinary team including chefs, service staff, and admin personnel.

Manage event bookings, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives.

Maintain strong financial controls and work toward profitability goals.

Collaborate with the board and other stakeholders to develop strategic plans.

Ensure facilities and equipment are maintained to the highest standards.

Liaise with vendors, inspectors, contractors, and community partners.

Uphold safety, licensing, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

Proven experience leading food & beverage operations in a multi-use hospitality setting.

Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&Ls.

Skilled in team leadership, training, and performance management.

Familiar with local health and liquor licensing regulations.

Tech-savvy with experience in POS systems, scheduling tools, and social media promotion.

Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
