Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience across live operations, virtual economy management, and feature/system design.
• Proven ability to design, launch, and operate monetization products in environments involving policy, fraud, and economic tradeoffs.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills, including experience writing concept pitches and product requirement documents.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for a portion of Fortnite’s developer economy.
• Lead cross-functional development of monetization systems.
• Partner with Policy, Legal, and Trust & Safety teams to ensure monetization products are compliant.
• Define and track key success metrics and economic health indicators.
