Safety-Kleen is seekinga Sales Director for its Eastern Canada region.

The Sales Director of SKO Base Oil is responsible for leading the sales team in promoting and selling Safety Kleen (kerosene) base oil products to clients in the lubricants and petroleum industries. Develops and implements sales strategies for new products and services and achieves established EBITDA revenue targets and increase market share. Leverages brands infrastructure to achieve 1-3 minimal capital investment. Builds and maintains strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners. Collaborates with marketing and product development teams to identify new business opportunities and enhance product offerings. Monitors market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform decision-making and drive business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Identify strategic business opportunities to increase revenue and profits; Develops and implements sales strategies for new products and services and achieves established EBITDA revenue targets and increase market share. Leverages brands infrastructure to achieve 1-3 minimal capital investment.
  • Develop and lead strategic sales plans and structures to grow business into identified channels.
  • Develops and manages efforts of business development from conceptual stage through launch to integration.
  • Solicit, identify and originate new business development opportunities and identify and leverage relationships with alliance partners in support of business strategies.
  • Lead continuing relationships with key alliance partners.
  • Direct development and execution of measurable segments and channel marketing plans leading directly to sales
  • Secure relationships with strategic alliance partners and sales groups to identify customers and how our products, services and solutions meet their needs.
  • May be assigned additional duties not listed above based on business needs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Business Administration/Related
  • Bilingual: French and English
  • Experience: 7-10 years
  • Alternative: Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Certificate or License: Valid Driver’s License
  • Expert marketing experience in multiple channels and industries including automotive, retail, and distribution.
  • Proven track record of developing and driving effective marketing programs and teams. • Product development, commercialization, deal generation.
  • Talent to marshal multiple groups and functions, both internal and external, to achieve results
  • Maintain knowledge of Provincial & Federal Waste Codes Regulations.
