Nous recherchons un ingénieur en développement backend pour rejoindre notre équipe d'ingénierie des Services de Partenariats de la Plateforme. L’équipe des Services adopte une approche agile et se concentre sur la création de systèmes backend qui soutiennent les utilisateurs de nos partenaires de fidélité dans la gestion et l’acquisition de leurs points de programme de récompenses.

Le candidat retenu travaillera au sein de notre équipe collaborative, en prenant en charge son travail du début à la fin. Cela signifie écrire un code de qualité, bien testé, évolutif et respectant les meilleures pratiques d’ingénierie. Sous la responsabilité du responsable d’équipe en génie logiciel, vous rejoindrez une équipe pluridisciplinaire où vous :

• Développerez des applications backend modernes en utilisant Golang, qui toucheront des millions d’utilisateurs à travers le monde.
• Participerez au développement de nouveaux services pour des clients stratégiques, avec certaines des plus grandes API dans le domaine de la fidélité.
• Partagerez la responsabilité de la santé technique de votre équipe : architecture, meilleures pratiques, fiabilité, sécurité, etc.
• Améliorerez l’expérience des développeurs et des utilisateurs grâce à un design réfléchi, des tests rigoureux et une documentation claire.
• Veillerez à ce que nos produits répondent aux besoins d\'accessibilité de nos utilisateurs finaux.
• Collaborerez avec des chefs de projet, des responsables de relations, des designers produits, des analystes et d\'autres parties prenantes.
• Jouerez un rôle important pour nous aider à livrer des produits de haute qualité à nos partenaires et clients.

YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH:

• Excellentes compétences en communication

ABOUT THE ROLE / CONTEXT ENGLISH:

We are looking for a Backend Development Engineer to join our Platform Partnership Services engineering team. The Services team is agile-driven, focused on building backend systems that support our loyalty partners users as they acquire and manage their rewards program points.

The successful candidate will work as part of our collaborative team, taking ownership of their work from start to finish. This means writing great code that is well-tested and scalable, and follows engineering best practices. This means that while we enable and encourage you to grow, you have the drive to learn.

Reporting to the Team Lead, Software Engineering, you will join a multidisciplinary team where you will:

• Develop modern back-end applications using Golang that will reach millions of users around the world.
• Assist with the development of new services for strategic clients, with some of the largest APIs in the loyalty space.
• Share responsibility for your team’s technical health: architecture, best practices, reliability, security, etc.
• Improve the developer and user experience through thoughtful design, rigorous testing, and clear documentation.
• Ensure that our products meet the accessibility needs of our end-users.
• Collaborate with project managers, relationship managers, product designers, analysts and other stakeholders.
• Play an important role in helping us to deliver high-quality products to our partners and customers.

YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH / WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Exceptional communication skills
• At least 3-5+ years experience building back-end systems and APIs
• Production experience writing Go applications
• Understanding and experience with design patterns and common software architectures
• Desire to develop your skills across all levels of the technical stack
• Belief in the importance of teamwork, cooperation, and communication
