A leading Canadian consulting engineering firm seeks a Department Manager in Montreal to oversee projects in water management and environmental engineering. The role involves managing resources, developing team skills, and ensuring operational efficiency. Candidates should have over 10 years of experience, a degree in engineering, and fluency in both English and French. This position offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic team and influence key projects across Canada and beyond.

When you join our team, you’ll contribute to various stages of projects involving water management and treatment, as well as environmental engineering (acoustics, vibration, air quality) in the renewable energy, heavy industry and mining sectors.
As Department Manager, you’ll help achieve strategic objectives and will work with teams at a national level. You’ll manage the department’s human, financial and equipment resources while overseeing progress to ensure operational efficiency.
