Demand Generation Marketing Manager

With a rapidly expanding product suite and national presence, their mission is to deliver fast, reliable, and accessible notary services to Canadians. As part of their marketing team, you’ll help power their revenue engine and shape the future of legal tech in Canada.

What Your Team Does

Our client’s Demand Generation function sits at the core of their growth strategy. They design and execute data‑driven programs that attract, convert, and retain customers across B2C and B2B segments. They work closely with Product, Sales, Partnerships, and Content to build high‑performing funnels and accelerate business growth.

Who You Are
  • A strategic, data‑driven marketer with 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth, or performance marketing.
  • Experienced in building and optimizing multi‑channel campaigns (paid search, paid social, email, SEO/SEM, partnerships, lifecycle).
  • Skilled with analytics tools like SEMRush, Microsoft Clarity, and Google Analytics, and capable of translating insights into action.
  • Strong communicator, cross‑functional collaborator, and project manager.
  • Comfortable making decisions with incomplete data and testing your way into answers.
  • Bonus: experience working with designers and design agencies is a big plus.
What You’ll Work On
  • Drive demand for their clients Business Segment through targeted campaigns, segmented audiences, and collaboration with Sales to grow qualified leads.
  • Increase account creation and activation in the Client Workspace by building campaigns, onboarding journeys, and optimization experiments that reduce drop‑offs.
  • Grow adoption of Self Document Drafting and Expert Drafting services through education‑based campaigns, lifecycle flows, and retargeting.
  • Run full‑funnel performance analysis and experiments using GA4, Microsoft Clarity, SEMRush, and internal dashboards to improve conversion rates and ROI.
  • Plan and execute multi‑channel campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO, email, and partnerships to support major growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Content, Sales, and Partnerships to align messaging, optimize user journeys, and ensure measurable impact.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets by testing, scaling, and improving channel performance to achieve efficient CAC.
  • Develop repeatable demand generation playbooks that scale across provinces, user segments, and product lines.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or growth.
  • Proven ability to design and optimize high‑impact, full‑funnel campaigns.
  • Strong data literacy and comfort with analytics tools (SEMRush, Clarity, GA4).
  • Excellent communication skills — you can turn data into stories and insights into action.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Bonus: experience in legal‑tech, SaaS, or working with enterprise/B2B funnels.
