Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Coordinate and direct customer service efforts across all departments.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for each client.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide expert oversight on customer accounts.
