Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Customer Experience & Supply Chain Coordinator to be the critical link between our customers, suppliers, and internal teams. You’ll ensure smooth order processing, clear customer communication, and effective supplier coordination, all while keeping projects on track and service levels high.

• Manage customer orders from entry to delivery with accuracy and efficiency.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, keeping them informed of order status, lead times, and changes.
• Coordinate with suppliers to arrange materials, track shipments, and resolve issues.
• Align production schedules and shipping timelines with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation for orders, invoices, and supplier communications.
• Troubleshoot challenges, escalate when needed, and ensure timely resolutions.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in supply chain coordination, customer service, or order management (manufacturing/industrial experience preferred).
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
