Overview

Looking to hire a Crew Lead, foreman and laborers for a landscaping and tree removal company. It would be an asset if any of these people have experience in landscaping, and/or interlock, and/or using a chainsaw. These positions require lifting, so a strong back would be beneficial. Personal transportation will be required, as most jobs are rural, with no public transit.

We are based primarily in the following areas: Barrhaven, Greely, Manotick, Osgoode, Kars, Spencerville, North Augusta, Merrickville, Perth, Almonte, Arnprior, Fitzroy, Dunrobin, Kanata, Nepean.

Pay ranges are based on experience and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• We are looking for a crew lead and foreman with leadership qualities, but who can also take direction.
• We need someone who works well with others, someone who is patient with less experienced employees, and willing to teach them when needed.
• For laborers, we are looking for someone who either comes with experience or is willing to learn the skills needed.
• These positions require lifting.
