About the Job

Deliverr is seeking an effective Courier Service Manager (CSM) in Regina, SK, who will serve as the voice of Deliverr in Regina. The CSM will work closely with the Director to roll out new products and processes, drive operational excellence, and build sustainable operations within the City of Regina.

The CSM will be responsible for planning, organizing, controlling, and evaluating delivery operations. Responsibilities include hiring and training delivery staff. The starting salary range for this position is $58,000 - $64,000 plus applicable benefits.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the voice of the Delivery Team (DT) in Deliverr’s regional operations, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Engage in two-way communication with DTs to understand their expectations, preferences, and issues; implement initiatives to address concerns, improve their experience, and meet business objectives.
  • Act as an active checkpoint for processes initiated by other stakeholders to ensure the DT’s experience remains unaffected. Plan and coordinate city-level engagement activities as needed.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate courier service operations within Deliverr.
  • Coordinate the duties of support/shift supervisors and other team members.
  • Ensure new DT members learn processes efficiently and are comfortable with the system. Conduct regular surveys, focus groups, and interactions to gather feedback and understand needs.
  • Report DT sentiment, issues, and feedback to the executive team regularly.
  • Interview, hire, and oversee training for staff.
  • Track Net Promoter Score (NPS) across areas, identify issues, and coordinate the launch of new initiatives.
  • Review delivery effectiveness and implement operational improvements.
  • Prepare and manage budget estimates and expenditures for courier/delivery operations.
  • Generate reports and brief executives on operational efficiencies.
