Reporting to the Manager of Community Services, this position fulfills a facilitation/coordination role for Community Services.

Day in the Life:
  • Clerical office duties
  • Digitizing paper records and providing records management duties for electronic documents
  • Assisting with the creation of new forms and work processes
What We Are Looking For:
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Highly organized, ability to multitask and work independently
  • Good computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
  • Office/clerical experience, including digitizing paper records, would be an asset
  • Must be a college or university student who is returning to full‑time studies in September 2026
  • Social work or related experience would be an asset.
