• Shift Hours: Sunday to Thursday 10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.
• Compensation: $29.00 / hr
• Shift Premium: $1.00 / hr

The Opportunity

We are currently looking for one (1) full-time CLASS 1 COMPANY DRIVER to join our fast-paced team at our Port Coquitlam Branch. This role is responsible for:

• Local LTL delivery within Vancouver (160km Radius around the city)
• Service from Hope to Whistler
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Offloading to customers required
• Circle check of tractor trailer and pre / post-trip report
• Complete PODs and driver run sheets
• Deliver loads to customers in a timely manner
• Capably operate a variety of equipment - Single Axle, Tandem Axle, 5 ton trucks

What you need to be successful in the role :

• Class 1 Manual license only; Automatic licensed drivers need not apply
• Clean driver's abstract
• Criminal record check must be submitted if hired
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Adherent to company policies regarding health and safety, drug and alcohol
• Minimum 2 years validated experience working in a class 1 environment
