Key Responsibilities

• Produce engineering plans for various styles of construction for residential and commercial projects.
• Work with the engineering, surveying, and planning teams to coordinate multi-disciplinary projects.
• Work with the client or contractor directly to meet design expectations.
• Process survey data and 3D scans to create full permit drawing packages.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering Technology (2-year program).
• Interest in construction and engineering.
• Experience in preparing permit drawing packages is an asset.
• Technical drawing and drafting experience with AutoCAD & Civil3D required.
• Experience with SketchUp and Layout is an asset.
