As a Part-time Seasonal Lindt Chocolate Advisor, you’ll:

• Welcome guests with warmth and help them find their perfect chocolate match
• Share your product knowledge and go the extra “mile” to create unforgettable experiences
• Be a team player who helps the shop sparkle, from sales to merchandising to gifting
• Handle transactions with care and support in keeping our shelves stocked with sweet goodness

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and help them find their perfect chocolate match
• Share product knowledge and create unforgettable experiences
• Support in sales, merchandising, and gifting to keep the shop organized
• Handle transactions accurately and maintain stocked shelves

What we’re looking for

• A friendly, energetic personality with strong communication skills
• Experience in retail or customer service (bonus points if you’ve worked with sales targets or POS systems!)
• Someone reliable, flexible, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment
• A true passion for chocolate

Availability Requirements

• 15–20 hours per week
• Must be available for a minimum of 3 shifts per week, including:
• 1 opening shift (weekday)
• 1 closing shift (weekday)
• 1 weekend shift
