Position Overview

You will play a pivotal role in driving our mission by activating wealth advisors within strategic partnerships and managing client acquisition from referred leads. You will work alongside a team of dedicated, high-performing professionals, making a tangible impact on the success of ClearEstate and the lives of families in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners (financial advisors and credit unions) within the territory of Western Canada through sustained outreach, field presence, presentations, and training on the ClearEstate offering.
  • Consolidate business growth by nurturing relationships through:
  • Promoting new and/or enhanced processes/tools;
  • Educating on ClearEstate’s value proposition and added-value for clients/partners’ advisors;
  • Providing the first level of service for advisors and their clients.
  • Escalating technical or complex requests to the appropriate Subject Matter Experts
  • Enable partner engagement by providing ongoing support, marketing tools, and content.
  • Increase lead referral frequency and retention by fostering strong partnership relationships.
  • Deliver exceptional first impressions and unparalleled experiences for key partnerships and referred potential clients, when applicable.
  • Leverage business relationships to develop effective sales strategies and facilitate customer and partner expansion.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams on brand and product development initiatives, and communicate key partnerships insights to improve the ClearEstate platform, solutions and service offering.
  • Serve as a resource for all aspects related to key partnership management and sales, and proactively identify and report any potential issues that may jeopardise the success of a partnership.
  • Achieve and demonstrate sound knowledge of the Estate Planning and Settlement process.
  • Stay ahead of market trends through proactive research and analysis, driving timely adjustments to strategies and processes.
  • Build complex proposals and partnership activation strategies through a rigorous and collaborative process, and based on a growth mindset.
  • Own a personal quota of 40 Sales Qualified Leads per week, actively contributing to the team's overall targets.
  • Perform client consultations when the Sales Team’s capacity requires it.
  • Flexibility to travel 4 to 8 days per month within your territory, relevant conference, or the MTL HQ.
Who you are

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience (full cycle until the conclusion of the contract).
  • Experience selling in the financial services industry.
  • Experience in the sale of financial or technological products an asset.
  • Determined to achieve objectives.
  • Competent in managing key partnerships and other stakeholders.
  • Focused on the needs of partners and dedicated to providing them with great/exceptional service.
  • Able to use several technological tools in a work context.=
  • You have a valid driver’s license.
  • Bilingual (English and French) is an asset.
