About the role:
As a Senior Manager you will be a project leader responsible for large scale Procurement Projects, working with cross-functional teams and standard work to build, execute and report project implementation plans. Lead all procurement activities in assigned programs to assure readiness for pre-PO and post PO to ensure predictive delivery during execution. The Senior Manager will oversee all the procurement activities (pre-PO and post-PO) for Energy Systems projects in Bulgaria.
Partners with other project leads, WBS Director and other functional teams to assist with projects charter, benefits, and resource requirements. Responsible for monitoring active projects, updating status, eliminating roadblocks, and escalating issues as appropriate. Investigate, coordinate, and communicate project changes. Support the input from clients and development of a sourcing plan that will minimize risks, generate savings, and ensure predictive delivery through projects execution.
You will report to the Senior Director, Energy Systems Account Management & Procurement Execution. This position has the opportunity to be remote with the ability to travel (10% to 20%).
It is a bona fide job requirement to be eligible and authorized to travel to the U.S. on Westinghouse business, and such travel is subject to the rules and regulations of the U.S. Department of Energy, as well as compliance with all applicable U.S. export laws and regulations.
