Position Summary

Our Beauty Advisors are responsible for providing a unique experience to each of our customers that captures the warm-hearted essence of our brand. Beauty Advisors exemplify our core values of authenticity and respect by delivering moments of delight to customers with pride, passion, and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Support efforts to reach store sales goals, adhering to all directives, selling standards, and non-negotiables.
• Provide outstanding and quality customer service during every consultation.
• Assist customers in choosing products for themselves or as gifts.
• Support store operations, policies, and procedures.
• Perform various tasks based on store demands, including ringing up sales, wrapping, restocking, and cleaning.

Skills Needed

• At least 1 year of retail sales experience
• Skincare experience preferred
