Job summary

A Toronto-based boutique litigation firm is seeking an Associate Lawyer to manage and advocate in various civil defence cases. Ideal candidates will have strong advocacy skills, excellent communication abilities, and a Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Experience in civil defence litigation is a plus. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Lawyer located in Toronto, ON. The Associate Lawyer will be responsible for managing and advocating in a variety of civil defence cases, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing legal advice to clients. The role also involves representing clients in court, negotiating settlements, and collaborating with senior counsel and other team members to develop case strategies.
