Dreams Western Canada Development Team is currently looking for an Analyst to assist in the growing Income Properties real estate portfolio in Western Canada.

We are looking for a candidate that can be both office and site orientated. You possess a strong understanding of real estate financials, have a solid MS Excel background and have experience working with commercial / multi-family investments or asset management. You would be a critical thinker who pays strong attention to detail and can compile large amounts of data while being well-organized. The analyst is responsible for supporting the Development team throughout the project cycle including completing market research, financial analysis and assisting in the creation of reports, presentations and business plans that will deliver value-added management for the portfolio. Aside from regular reporting this role will support the Development team in oversight of the property management operations to understand and implement asset optimization strategies while driving its value through aligning with high standards of operational performance and improving the overall tenant experience.
