We are looking for a visionary AI Strategist to join our team at Compass Data & AI. This is a high-impact role designed for a strategic thinker who can drive transformative AI initiatives with executive-level stakeholders. You will shape AI strategies that solve complex business challenges, deliver measurable ROI, and scale across enterprise environments. Acting as the strategic lead on our most critical AI programs, you’ll work closely with C-suite leaders, business executives, and technical teams to align AI capabilities with organizational goals. This role requires a rare combination of business acumen, technical fluency, and executive presence — ideal for someone who can influence at the highest levels while steering delivery toward meaningful outcomes.
