This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development / Recruiter. The responsibilities include managing the full life cycle of recruiting, identifying and sourcing top healthcare talent, conducting interviews, managing client relationships, and supporting hiring processes. The role also involves developing and executing strategic hiring plans and training new hires.
