- Availability for national and international travel.
- Intermediate/advanced English (writing and conversation).
Responsibilities
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for customers and budget.
- Send all pertinent information to head office.
- Identify labor needs and analyze proposals.
- Follow up on customer portals for potential requests.
- Translate documents electronically when necessary.
- Control and monitor the approval of contracts/orders.
- Prepare reports of proposals created/follow-ups.
- Maintain up-to-date databases.

- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for customers, as well as prepare the budget.

- Control and monitor the approval of contracts/orders with the other parties involved in the project, (Locally, at the Headquarters and with customers).
- Prepare reports of proposals created/follow-ups, proposals sold or canceled.
- Maintain up-to-date databases.
- Technical level or higher (engineering - preferred).
- 2+ Years' experience in the area.
- Knowledge of the oil and gas market and processes.
- Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of Petrobras standards.
- Availability for national and international travel.
- Intermediate/advanced English (writing and conversation).
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Tax knowledge (ICMS, PIS/COFINS, ISS, etc.).
- NCM Knowledge.
- INCOTERMS.
- Knowledge of ERP SAP B1.
