Supply Chain Inbound Planning Sr Mgr, Br Supply Chain Team
Job summary
A leading data services company in São Paulo is seeking a qualified professional to enhance supply chain efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in data analytics using SQL and Excel, with experience in program strategy and supply chain operations. Responsibilities include managing scheduling processes, analyzing business performance metrics, and leading reviews with senior leadership. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving abilities and a Bachelor's degree. Fluency in English is essential.

- Manage Fulfillment Center scheduling process.
- Analyze key business performance metrics and identify gaps.
- Own regular business reviews with leadership.
Skills
Education
- Bachelor's Degree;
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements;
- Proficiency in data analytics, including SQL, Excel and one or more data visualization software;
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership;
- Experience in supply chain, forecasting, manufacturing, sourcing / procurement, or vendor management experience;
- Fluent in written and verbal English.
- Set up robust processes to improve forecasting accuracy with an objective to minimize cost and maximize operations productivity;
- Utilize exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to influence business, operations and technical audiences;
- Manage Fulfillment Center scheduling process to balance Operations bottom necks and Vendors / Sellers experience;
- Develop process and mechanisms identifying and implementing available tools / automation;
- Deep dive and analyze key business performance metrics, identify gaps, create plans to drive forecast deviations reductions;
- Develop new metrics and performance indicators to evaluate, audit and improve efficiency of S&OP forecasting;
- Own day-to-day operations execution and implement quick actions to keep adhering to the plan;
- Own regular business reviews with leadership and operational teams to audit ongoing performance against key metrics and program goal;
- Rollout best practices from other geographies / companies to minimize end to end supply chain losses.
- Experience in independently setting goals, driving cross-functional teams;
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams;
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements;
- Experience working in or with a complex international supply chain management organization;
- Experience demonstrating problem solving and root cause analysis in a technology environment.
