Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree;
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements;
• Proficiency in data analytics, including SQL, Excel and one or more data visualization software;
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership;
• Experience in supply chain, forecasting, manufacturing, sourcing / procurement, or vendor management experience;
• Fluent in written and verbal English.
• Set up robust processes to improve forecasting accuracy with an objective to minimize cost and maximize operations productivity;
• Utilize exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to influence business, operations and technical audiences;
• Manage Fulfillment Center scheduling process to balance Operations bottom necks and Vendors / Sellers experience;
• Develop process and mechanisms identifying and implementing available tools / automation;
• Deep dive and analyze key business performance metrics, identify gaps, create plans to drive forecast deviations reductions;
• Develop new metrics and performance indicators to evaluate, audit and improve efficiency of S&OP forecasting;
• Own day-to-day operations execution and implement quick actions to keep adhering to the plan;
• Own regular business reviews with leadership and operational teams to audit ongoing performance against key metrics and program goal;
• Rollout best practices from other geographies / companies to minimize end to end supply chain losses.
• Experience in independently setting goals, driving cross-functional teams;
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams;
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements;
• Experience working in or with a complex international supply chain management organization;
• Experience demonstrating problem solving and root cause analysis in a technology environment.
