We’re looking for a Platform / DevOps Engineer based in Brazil who thrives at the intersection of infrastructure, quality, user experience, and enterprise adoption. This role goes beyond pure DevOps—you’ll help validate features at scale, influence product design, and work directly with beta and platform users.

• Build & Operate the Platform: Design, automate, and operate cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, GitHub Actions, Docker, and Kubernetes across AWS and Azure.
• Enterprise-Scale Validation: Work closely with the QA team to test new platform features, workflows, and integrations under realistic enterprise‑scale scenarios — performance, security, reliability, and compliance.
• Enable Product & UX Decisions: Partner with Product and UX teams to provide hands‑on technical feedback on new features, workflows, and usability—ensuring designs work in real‑world cloud environments.
• Customer & Beta Engagement: Set up demos, reference architectures, and proof‑of‑concepts; present solutions to beta users and platform customers, and incorporate feedback into product improvements.
• Reliability & Observability: Implement monitoring, alerting, and SRE best practices to ensure platform stability, scalability, and operational excellence.

• Experience: 4+ years in DevOps, Platform, or SRE roles, preferably supporting enterprise SaaS platforms.
• IaC Expertise: Strong hands‑on experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.
• CI/CD Mastery: Proven ability to design and maintain pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar platforms.
• Cloud Expertise: Solid experience with AWS (EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, API Gateway) and working knowledge of Azure.
• Containers & Orchestration: Production experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Quality & Validation Mindset: Comfort working with QA teams, test environments, and validating features before enterprise rollout.
• Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex infrastructure concepts clearly to QA, UX, product, and customer‑facing teams.
• Bonus: Experience with security tooling, policy‑as‑code, compliance workflows, or developer platforms.
