Overview of the Role

We are seeking Continuous Improvement Assistant to join our Talent Acquisition team.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist the Continuous Improvement Manager


• Execute several distinct pre-defined in-house audits


• Analyze, update, and improve pre-defined internal processes for the Continuous Improvement area and other areas of the company


• Define effective procedures from the scratch and sign off on those created by others based on predefined criteria


• Train in the area on continuous improvement philosophy, tools and techniques, and continuous improvement practices

Qualifications

• Advanced English (spoken and written)


• Previous experience in Continuous Improvement or similar roles (auditing, process definition, etc)


• Previous work on repetitive predefined tasks
