What You’ll Do

Test Automation & Validation

• Design, maintain, and execute automated test frameworks and scripts using Java and Webdriver (Selenium or similar)
• Automate regression and smoke tests across UI and API levels
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure their stable execution
• Collaborate with developers to identify automation opportunities and improve test coverage
• Participate in manual validation when required for new features or exploratory testing
• Learn new tools and technologies to optimize testing efficiency and contribute to improving automation coverage across the product
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage
• Work closely with developers to validate fixes and align on acceptance criteria
• Contribute to QA documentation and knowledge transfer within the team
• Review and refactor automation code to enhance maintainability and scalability
• Contribute to defining automation best practices and quality standards
• Learn new tools and technologies to optimize testing efficiency

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in QA Automation role
• Proficiency in Java for test automation development
• Hands‑on experience with Webdriver (Selenium or similar)
• Solid understanding of regression, integration, and end‑to‑end testing
• Experience with defect management tools (Jira, TestRail, or similar)
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written), with working hours overlapping European and LATAM time zones

Nice to Have

• Competency in API testing (e.g., RestAssured, Postman)
• Experience working with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Familiarity with distributed systems, AWS‑based applications, or Cucumber BDD
