Job summary
A leading product development company located in Brazil is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to take ownership of complex features and collaborate within a cross-functional Scrum team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Java-based web stacks, React.js, and TypeScript, and should also possess a strong ownership-driven mindset. This role focuses on end-to-end feature delivery, system design, and engineering excellence, making it crucial for candidates to demonstrate reliability and communication skills.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Drive features across frontend and backend — from technical discovery to release.
- Design and evolve solutions for complex workflows with a focus on reliability.
- Debug issues across environments and contribute to incident resolution.
- Uphold standards around code quality, reviews, and deployments.
- Partner closely with Product, Design, Platform, and Support.

This role is for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who can independently drive complex features from idea to production. You\'ll work in a cross-functional Scrum team and be trusted to make sound technical decisions, even when requirements are incomplete.
This is not a ticket-driven role. It\'s about ownership, judgment, and building software that holds up in production.
- End-to-end feature delivery: Drive features across frontend and backend — from technical discovery to release.
- System design & quality: Design and evolve solutions for complex workflows and data flows, with a focus on reliability, performance, and maintainability.
- Production mindset: Debug issues across environments, contribute to incident resolution, and build observability into systems from day one.
- Engineering excellence: Uphold and evolve standards around code quality, reviews, and deployments. Mentor peers through thoughtful feedback.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Design, Platform, and Support. Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies.
- Strong experience with a modern Java-based web stack
