We're a fast-growing Facebook ad agency that grew this year from 20 clients under management to 40+. We have a team of 9 people. We have high standards in terms of who we work with which creates a rewarding environment for people that want to perform. We take an active interest in their development and provide them with all training material and information that they need.

The position is remote. We have clear structures and training materials in place so the right person can learn fast. Everyone is respectful in order to assure high team morale. We provide extensive, respectful feedback to allow people to improve as much as possible.

You'll design images and videos that drive real business results for growing companies. You'll work with clear guidelines that let you focus on creative work instead of guessing what clients want. You'll build expertise in high-converting ad creative while working with a team that values your growth.

Your day-to-day work involves designing images for client ads and designing or editing videos for client ads.

Requirements :

• Fluent in English
• At least 5 years any full-time work experience in any field
• At least 1 year of motion design experience

• Previous experience in a process driven environment

You need to be available during regular Central European work hours. This is a part-time freelance position.
