Job summary
A technology company is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (React.js / Node.js / NestJS) to take on a remote role focusing on back-end development and contributing to front-end efforts. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable backend services, developing front-end features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with NestJS and React.js, and have a solid understanding of databases. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (React.js / Node.js / NestJS) at NexaLogix. The engineer will focus primarily on back-end development while also contributing to front-end efforts as needed. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications.
- Design and implement scalable, efficient, and maintainable backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS
- Develop front-end features using React.js, ensuring seamless integration with backend services
- Work with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) for data modeling, querying, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with other developers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality features
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code
- Hands‑on experience with NestJS (or similar Node.js frameworks)
- Proficiency in React.js and front-end technologies
- Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases
