A financial services company is seeking a Junior Dispatcher in São Paulo, Brazil. This 100% remote position is part-time initially, transitioning to full-time. The ideal candidate will have advanced English skills, administrative support experience, and excellent communication abilities. Responsabilidades
- Coordinate daily and weekly activities efficiently.
- Assign tasks and coordinate technicians' schedules.
- Provide essential administrative assistance.
- Manage and support the client's phone systems.
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding to inquiries.

Compensation: BRL R$2,250 per month – Part-Time (4 hours per day)
Initial phase: BRL R$4,500 per month – Full-Time (8 hours per day)
After successful transition, compensation will be reviewed based on performance, availability, and client needs.
Payment is made in Brazilian Reais (BRL).
Part-Time: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (EST)
Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)
The role is expected to start part-time during the first weeks, with the goal of transitioning to a full-time schedule.

This role provides ongoing operational support for one of our clients and plays a key part in ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Schedule and Agenda Management: Coordinate daily and weekly activities efficiently to ensure operations run smoothly.
- Technician Dispatching: Assign tasks and coordinate technicians' schedules and movements, optimizing time and resources.
- Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative assistance to support operational workflows.
- Phone Systems Management: Manage and support the client's phone systems, ensuring clear and reliable communication.
- Customer Support: Deliver excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues via email and phone.
- Advanced English Proficiency (C1/C2): Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills: Proficiency in Word and Excel for handling operational documents and reports.
- Technical Skills (IT & Communication Tools): Comfort working with technology and communication systems relevant to the role.
- Stable Internet Connection: Reliable connectivity to perform duties without interruptions.
