  • Proven experience leading cross‑functional technology teams and digital transformations
  • Strong expertise in CRM, martech, and customer success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, Gainsight)
  • Proven experience in AI‑innovation efforts, automation strategies, and data governance
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Expert proficiency in SFDC (including CPQ) and Marketo; familiarity with Clari/Gainsight
  • Experience in high‑growth SaaS or analytics environments
  • Knowledge of agile, DevOps, and cloud‑native application architectures
  • Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
