THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Senior Analytics Engineer to our Marketing team in Brazil!

Are you passionate about turning marketing data into meaningful insights? Join us as a Marketing Analytics Engineer, where you'll blend data engineering with analytics to power smarter marketing decisions. You will build the data foundations - pipelines, models, and sources - that help our analysts measure campaign impact and unlock growth opportunities. Partnering across teams, you will ensure our data is clean, reliable, and always driving action. YOUR IMPACT

• Data Pipeline Management: Work on data warehouse pipelines that feed into dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency
• Data Modeling: Elevate data maturity by creating and maintaining dimensional modeling solutions from various marketing systems raw sources
• Data Architecture: Own all marketing-related tables within the data lake, ensuring we follow OLAP systems & medallion design fundamentals.
• Data Analysis & Insights: Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for marketing optimization, including campaign performance and customer behavior.
• Manage Cross-team Projects: Collaborate with global data & product analysts, engineers, architects, and developers on projects related to Marketing data.
• Marketing Attribution: Support the design and drive the implementation of marketing attribution models to accurately measure channel and campaign effectiveness.
• Communication & Reporting: Effectively communicate data projects and recommendations to marketing stakeholders through clear reports, presentations, and visualizations

WHO YOU ARE

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Git, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, Amplitude)
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and modeling concepts, with hands-on experience managing ETL workflows, data pipelines, and orchestration tools like Airflow and dbt
• Knowledge of marketing technology platforms such as HubSpot, SFMC, or Braze (preferred).
• Curiosity & analytical thinking - Naturally inquisitive, always looking for insights that drive business impact.
• Adaptability - Thrives in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and fast-paced decision-making.
• Strong communication skills - Able to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, Machine Learning or Data Science.
• Fluent English is mandatory, capable of participating in meetings and discussions with fluency and confidence.
