We are seeking a Commissions Analyst to ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and scalability in how commissions and revenue operations are managed. In a dynamic, high-growth environment with multiple commission plans, frequent changes, and evolving billing needs, this role is essential to supporting sales growth while maintaining financial accuracy and trust.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a meticulous eye for detail, and is energized by building efficient processes that reduce risk and improve visibility. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to deliver timely and accurate commissions, resolve system issues, and implement process improvements that scale with the business. This role is critical to ensuring commissions are paid correctly and on time, while also strengthening revenue recognition and reporting processes.

• Accurate and reliable commissions: Ensure commission processes are managed with precision, supporting timely and error-free payouts that build trust across the sales organization.
• Clear visibility into revenue operations: Strengthen reporting and data integrity in Spiff, Salesforce, and billing systems, enabling leadership to make confident, data-driven decisions.
• Proactive issue resolution: Help surface and address discrepancies in opportunities, contracts, or commission data early, minimizing downstream risks and delays.
• Scalable processes and automation: Contribute to the design of workflows and reporting that reduce manual effort, improve transparency, and adapt as the business grows.
• Cross-functional alignment: Build strong relationships with Sales, Finance, and Operations by serving as a reliable partner and trusted resource on commissions and revenue reporting.

• 4+ years of experience in revenue operations, commissions administration, or related finance roles, ideally in a SaaS or high-growth environment.
• Strong technical proficiency with commissions tools (Spiff preferred), Salesforce CRM, and billing/AR platforms, with the ability to implement changes and troubleshoot independently.
• Background in accounting operations (billing, invoicing, AR, or contract review) that strengthens commission accuracy and revenue reporting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, paired with an ownership mindset and ability to manage 3–4 concurrent projects without delays.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in reconciliations, variance analysis, and supporting ASC 340-40 compliance.
• Clear, proactive communicator who provides fast, reliable support to cross-functional stakeholders.
