In the Role

We are seeking an experienced business leader to build a large intrapreneur business in Brazil.

This organizational builder role requires comprehensive experience in leading cross functional teams (e.g. marketing, sales, student operations) and guiding them towards consistent repeatable business growth.

This role will report into the Global CEO at TripleTen and be one of the most critical Leadership Roles in the LATAM region.

This position provides a unique opportunity to significantly drive new business in LATAM and contribute to our organizational goal of being the #1 IT Bootcamp provider in the world.

Requirements
  • Understand in-market b2c and b2b needs, define the overall strategy for Brazil (e.g. products, pricing, customer experience, marketing,) and customize it as needed.
  • Work cross-functionally with different areas (e.g. sales, marketing, product, UX, student operations ) to build the business.
  • Detailed experience in building strong internal / external relationships, understanding customer needs, and how to establish market credibility.
  • Able to create a unique and differentiated value proposition setting TripleTen apart from competitors.
  • Manage the Country P&L and be accountable for the main KPIs, able to assimilate a large amount of information to identify data driven action plans.
  • Lead new ideas and initiatives with good business acumen to improve the performance and metrics of our products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
  • Previous leadership role in a startup or as an entrepreneur.
  • 8-15 years of experience in senior leadership roles at startups or building their own businesses in tech, education, finance, or similar industries.
  • 5+ years of business leadership specifically in Brazil.
  • Preferred : Masters Degree in Business, Finance, or similar field of study.
What you will do :
Strategy & Performance
  • Develop, manage and drive goals / KPIs for the entire Brazil team to meet and exceed the company's business strategy and objectives.
  • Proactively seek out attractive partnerships and marketing opportunities that will help grow and benefit the business.
  • Analyze, adjust and implement effective data driven strategies to drive growth and success.
  • Work with our Legal team to comply with regulatory and policy requirements for your region.
  • Work with senior business stakeholders and leverage your business experience and regional market knowledge to make high level execution decisions.
Budget Management_
  • Managing and driving 'performance to budget' for your region and working closely with other internal teams to influence and drive activity.
  • Responsible for the efficiency and performance of marketing budgets for your region.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs and metrics, reacting quickly to under performance and optimize activity accordingly.
Reporting_
  • Responsible for generating and presenting accurate monthly performance review of the region to senior stakeholders.
  • Agree and implement efficient internal reporting processes between departments to ensure good flow of necessary information and results across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Business Development_
  • Work with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure sales and account management initiatives appeal and perform at the local level, continually optimizing to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Work with the brand marketing team to develop a relevant strategy for the brand and ensure a consistent brand marketing strategy is delivered at local market level.
  • Organize and direct Student Operation & Experience Teams to ensure that each phase of b2c student and b2b client onboarding lifecycle is optimized.
HR & Talent Acquisition_
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to identify, attract, and retain high impact talent.
  • Work with HR to build effective employee engagement and retention strategies to keep employees and contractors with TripleTen long term.
  • Lead cross functional teams with a high level of emotional intelligence and understanding how to create a supportive and close knit company culture.
