The role focuses on formulating and executing business development plans, negotiating with key partners, and building relationships with KOL/IBs. - Formulate business development plans, assist the team to complete the introduction, negotiation, cooperation and signing of business cooperation projects
- Contact, negotiate and close profitable deals with potential KOL / IBs
- Support KOL / IBs and design special campaigns to increase KOL / IBs trading volume
- Build partnerships with KOL / IBs or crypto projects, and promote cooperation with each other
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing KOL / IBs
- Proven working experience as a business development manager or a relevant role
- Deep understanding of Forex, Gold, Commodities, Futures, and CFDs markets is a plus
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese is essential
