Korn Ferry is seeking a freelance/contract UX Designer for a project in the Healthcare Sector. The engagement is initially until the end of 2025, with a strong possibility of extension.

• Freelance/Contract Engagement - Paid per hour in USD
• Remote work from Brazil
• Initial contract until 31st December 2025 with high chance of extension
• Core business hours EST
• Fluent English required
• Experience: 4-7 years

• Build a rich understanding of customer needs and use cases
• Define and deliver UX work in collaboration with Product and Technology partners
• Rally cross-functional partners around measurable outcomes
• Create processes to aid discovery and delivery of UX design work
• Foster collaboration, transparency, and alignment

• Product Design: Strong visual and interaction design skills, attention to detail, working with design systems, developing design strategies
• User Research: Leading/support research activities, synthesizing findings, connecting research to UX deliverables
• Creative Problem-Solving: Engaging customers and experts, leading workshops, challenging the status quo, driving innovation
• Tools & Frameworks: Proficiency with Figma, Miro, and frameworks like Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design, Lean UX; experience working within Agile processes
