Job Overview

As a Sales Representative with Flexicare, you will lead the commercial development of distributor partners and drive growth across key acute care areas—including Anesthesia, Respiratory Therapy, the ICU, Pediatrics, and Emergency Services—throughout the South Cone region.

You will operate as a trusted commercial and clinical resource within hospitals, collaborating closely with distributor sales teams to strengthen engagement with key decision‑makers such as physicians, respiratory therapists, biomedical engineers, nursing leaders, and supply chain professionals.

This is a highly field‑focused role where you will execute sales strategies, conduct product demonstrations, and support clinical evaluations to ensure the successful adoption of Flexicare's airway management and respiratory care solutions. You will play a critical part in expanding market presence and positioning Flexicare as a preferred partner that enhances patient outcomes and improves clinical efficiency across your assigned territory.

What You'll Do
  • Lead growth and execution strategies with distributors in the South Cone
  • Build strong relationships with hospital decision‑makers and clinical stakeholders
  • Conduct product demonstrations, trainings, and clinical evaluations at customer sites
  • Support new product launches tailored to local market dynamics
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand penetration in existing accounts
  • Coordinate pricing, contracts, purchase orders, and delivery follow‑up
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide structured market insights internally
  • Maintain accurate CRM reporting, forecasting, and territory planning
  • Represent Flexicare at regional congresses, workshops, and professional events
What You Bring
  • Degree in Respiratory Therapy, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or similar clinical discipline
  • 4+ years of medical device sales experience in Latin America
  • Demonstrated success managing distributors across multiple countries
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
  • High clinical credibility engaging healthcare professionals
  • Fluent Spanish and English required; Portuguese strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with strong commercial discipline
  • Availability to travel extensively across the South Cone region (75%)
